Crock-Pot Ground Turkey Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups no salt added beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 lb. lean extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli and cauliflower chopped
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 1 teaspoon half-salt
  • Dash of pepper

Directions:

  • Brown & drain ground turkey.
  • Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
  • Cover.
  • Cook on low 4-8 hours (the longer, the better).
