Ingredients:
- 4 cups no salt added beef broth
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 lb. lean extra lean ground turkey
- 1 cup cabbage, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli and cauliflower chopped
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups frozen green beans
- 1 teaspoon half-salt
- Dash of pepper
Directions:
- Brown & drain ground turkey.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cover.
- Cook on low 4-8 hours (the longer, the better).
